Do I have to use a credit card?  Can I mail you a check or money order, instead?

Can I mail you cash?

Errr.. yes, but we don't recommend it.  Email us so we can figure out the details.  We are not responsible for cash lost in the mail.
 

How long will it be before I receive the CD?

All orders will be mailed within 1 week of our receiving the order.  When it arrives is up to the post office, though usually no longer than 2 weeks within the United States or 4-6 weeks outside the United States.  If it does not arrive within 60 days, let us know and we'll send another.

What if I order the CD, but when I get it it's damaged or defective? 
Will you replace it?

Yes.  Let us know within 30 days and we'll send you another one, free.

What if the CD sucks, or isn't what I thought it would be from the .MP3 files I heard online?  Can I get my money back?

Absolutely.  Mail it back to us within 60 days and we'll send you a check for a full refund, including your original shipping costs and the cost of sending it back to us.
